Payment & Returns Policy

(1) We accept PayPal for Online Ordering Only
(2) Once payment is made your order will be confirmed and you will receive a copy of your invoice via email.
(3) Once your order is booked and reserved, cancellation is possible with 3 days’s prior picking up date. In the event of cancellation inside 3 days of the date, 100% of the fee will be charged.

**While every effort is made to fulfill your order with specific colour/shape of your requested, exact precision in replication from online photos may not achieve due to hand-made birthday cake .**

Picking up Policy

(1) Picking up time between 10am-5pm, unless prior agreement sought with our store. All picking up times are approximate only.
(2) the email confirmation or receipt is required for validation for cake picking up

BY SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER YOU AGREE TO THE ABOVE TERMS & CONDITIONS.

 

REFUND POLICY

(1) If The Sky Bakery cannot provide the product which was purchased by the customer and a suitable replacement cannot be agreed upon then a full refund will be issued.
(2) If The Sky Bakery cannot deliver the product which was purchased by the customer on the agreed date – which is stated in the customer invoice then a full refund will be issued.  If the product are not picking up by the customer, NO REFUND will be issue
(3) Once both parties have agreed that a refund is to be issued the customer should allow 2-3 business days for transfer of funds to be available in the nominated account.
